Miranda & Associates® Brings North County Tax & Accountancy Into Its Fold
NEWPORT BEACH, CA – April 17, 2012 – Miranda & Associates® (M&A), a full-service accounting and management consulting firm, today announced the expansion of its Newport Beach-based practice into San Diego through the addition of North County Tax & Accountancy (NCT). The merger, effective immediately, doubles M&A’s Southern California practice and positions the firm for continued growth of its professional service offerings.
Miranda & Associates is led by a team of seasoned professionals and will benefit from the addition of NCT’s Principal, Bill Walters, and his entire service team of eleven. Founded in 2006, North County Tax & Accountancy is a full-service accounting, tax and business advisory firm that serves clients throughout San Diego County. Similar to M&A, the firm has professional experience in a variety of industries and partners with each client to offer them full access to its resources.
